Policies
Appointments are non-refundable.
24 hours is required to reschedule an appointment.
You must call our office at 202-446-7182 to reschedule.
Failure to comply with policies will result in a loss of payment.
Appointments start on time, so arriving late will shorten your appointment.
Effective August 1, 2017 a mandatory pre-appointment service charge will be assigned to clients with any discount coupons & gift cards. The service charge is $10 for 30 (minute sessions) or $20 for (60 minute sessions). For your convenience the service charge includes taxes, fees, and gratuity.
